This book was special to me as I've gone to Holmes County many times
with my husband. We love going there. The people are
wonderful. The places the author mentions in this book - Berlin,
charm, Sugarcreek, Kidren, Dover, and Walnut Creek are all familiar to
me. It is obvious that Brunstetter did her background research
well before putting pen to paper. With that said, I just loved
this book. It was very quick reading and it kept my interest.
The ending was open ended, as usually with this author, leaving the
reader looking forward to the next book... I can't wait!
While I am over 60, I feel this book would be enjoyed by any age.
