This is a wonderful daily devotional that
incorporates Scripture reading and women's history. I'm a
women's history buff (you can visit my site at
www.historyswomen.com)
and I am always amazed at the myriads of women that have impacted
the world that I've never even heard about. While Ms. Brosius
does include several well known women in her book, she also
introduces us to several that are virtually unknown or forgotten.
Along with a Scripture verse, each devotional is
broken down into three sections: Her Service, Her Message,
Her Story, and My Response. It makes for insightful
reading and thoughtful reflection.
