This was a wonderful story. I especially liked that it was
set in the area of the Thousand Islands, in New York. I
traveled there several times and recognized the names of several
landmarks in the book. The author's did a wonderful job of
describing the landscape of the area.
As for the storyline, I found it delightful. It gave
insight into the hopes and dreams of high society women. This
was historical fiction at its best.
