Out of all the health books on the market, I think that this little
volume is one that you should have in our library. It discusses
important issues like effective weight loss, easy nutrition, and simple
exercise routines that makes you feel good. It also deals with how
to live with chronic illness. The author's aren't big on
restrictions or self-denial, but balance. Their advice is
something anyone can follow. For a small volume, it sure packs a
big punch. You will want to refer back to it, so it's a keeper!
