This is a great fitness book. It has easy instructions and
tons of pictures demonstrating the exercises suggested. Cruise
also takes the time to explain why he believes his suggestions will
help you lose weight and be fit and gives sample eating plans along
with the exercise routine as well as tips on how to start and stay
at it.
It was very readable and the exercises very doable. I've
been on a weight loss quest and plan on try the author's suggestions
to kick it up a knotch.
