In his new book, Empowering Your Health, Dr. Asa Andrews tells us that if we want to be healthy, we need to start making healthy choices. His mantra is "Change your health by changing your choices." If you are looking for miracle cures or quick fixes, you won't find it here. What you will find is great, common sense advice that is actually doable - if you are really interested in making changes. Dr. Andrews takes a holistic approach help by showing us how a balance between mental, chemical, and structural health all play a part in having quality of life. This book is full of good information, yet is easy to read. Better yet, his advice is easy to apply to your life. This is a great book.
