I've read
many diet books in the past and this is one of the best.
I really liked the book and I refer to it often. I found that it
provides information that would normally not be found in other
books. I also felt it provides healthy options to assist in weight
loss and healthy eating. It is not only entertaining, but full of great
information on helping you make life changes that will result in a
lighter, healthier you. Exercises are included as well as diet tips and recipes.
This is an excellent resource if you struggle with your weight.
