I live a very busy life that does not leave much
time for preparing meals. I often relied on frozen
and prepackaged foods from the health food section
of my local grocery store. Though I wanted to
start to make my own meals at home, many vegan
cookbooks had recipes that took forever to prepare
or used cooking techniques and ingredients that I
was not familiar with. I am not a fancy cook, and
needed something more simple. So I got this book.
And it is amazing! I can get meals together quickly
and the techniques for the most part, are very
basic. Some of my favorite recipes are here from
soup to nuts! I am very impressed.
